About David-
David approaches his career in the law as one long struggle for justice. He aims to help as many people as he can, right wrongs wherever he finds them, and advocate for change in the criminal justice system.
David joins DuBois Law with mutual experience working with the Erie County District Attorney, serving as Assistant District Attorney from 2008-2021. His extensive experience in appellate courts brings a new service to DuBois Law, providing Post-trial and post-conviction appeals. David enters our practice as one of the top legal writers and appeal attorneys in New York State.
He has drafted hundreds of appellate briefs and other legal papers to the Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department and Erie County Court, with a success rate of over 90 percent. In an effort to find long-buried truths and undo the injustice caused by wrongful convictions, he led the effort to re-investigate three murders from the 1990s.
